Refund Policy

Customers may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Refund eligibility is contingent upon the customer not having accessed any lessons or course materials. Access is defined as logging into the course platform or downloading any course files. By logging into the course platform or downloading course materials, the customer expressly waives their right to withdraw from the purchase and forfeits eligibility for a refund.

1. General Policy

1.1 Customers may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided no lessons have been attended and no course materials have been accessed.

1.2 Access is defined as logging into the course platform, attending a live session, or downloading/streaming course files.

1.3 Once access has occurred, the right to a refund is waived.

2. Group Programs

2.1 Refunds are available within fourteen (14) days of purchase only if the customer has not attended any live group sessions and has not accessed course materials.

2.2 Missed group classes are not refundable. Recordings, if provided, are for review purposes only and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

2.3 Ongoing group subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future charges. Partial refunds for unused time are not provided.

3. Private Coaching

3.1 Refunds are available within fourteen (14) days of purchase only if no private coaching sessions have been scheduled or completed.

3.2 Scheduled private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without proper notice are forfeited and non-refundable.

3.3 Packages of multiple private sessions must be used within the stated validity period; unused sessions after expiration are non-refundable.

4. Pay-in-Full Options

4.1 For programs purchased with a one-time payment, refunds are available within fourteen (14) days of purchase only if no lessons (group or private) have been attended and no course materials have been accessed.

4.2 Once any portion of the program has been accessed, no partial refunds are available.

5. Exceptions

5.1 Refunds outside of the stated terms are considered in cases of exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of English Evolution.
